Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our historic live performance venue. This role offers flexible hours and approximately 20 hours per week, with a chance to work in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general building maintenance
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in:
• General building repairs
• General carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
• General painting
• Basic landscaping
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
• Must own and maintain most tools necessary to perform the work
